Pink Teas were originally clandestine meetings for women to discuss politics and women’s rights.
This Pink Tea will be out in plain sight – look for us in our local communities (Quinte West, Belleville and Prince Edward). Members will be having an out doors afternoon tea and various locations and welcome you to sit and have a cup with us!
Across Ontario, BPW clubs will be in the community with a cup of tea in hand, to answer questions about membership & bring awareness on April 12th, the anniversary of women getting the vote in Ontario (1917). You’ll see small groups of BPW H&PE members out in Belleville, Quinte West and Prince Edward County. Look for the women in pink sipping a drink in public places… #BPWPinkTea25
